Rico, a New York native, was playing football with friends as a young boy, when he heard from accross the park a group of old men playing drums in a circle. It was then that he realized that he wanted to be a master drummer...

He settled with the congas and learned all the great playing tecniques while travelling with various band throughout the region.

Years later he found himself in Little Rock at an Afrodesia show and knew that's where he belonged.

Afrodesia has been blessed to have Rico's talent, wit, and wisdom ever since!

But there's nothing like hearing a master drummer for yourself...

When somebody is this good, you just have to hear them for yourself...
